1.0 Operational ownership

2.0Acceptance of terms and conditions

2.1 By accessing and continuing to use any part of this web site, visitors shall be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 2.2 The terms shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with English Law. 2.3 This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between Saltwater Experience and any visitor to this site. 2.4 Any new features added to the site in the future, shall be subject to the same terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.

3.0Booking terms and conditions

3.1 Registrations can only be accepted if made in writing, email, online and by telephone. 3.2 Provisional Bookings Please contact us by telephone or via our booking form on our website to make a provisional booking. To secure your place payment must be made in full, within 5 days of booking3.3 Full Payment must be received prior to attending the course.. The course fee includes the use of lifejackets and foul weather gear. 3.4 Joining instructions Confirmation and directions to the meeting place will be sent one week prior to your course start date. 3.5 By completing and returning the registration form or by confirming the course by making Full Payment, clients are agreeing to be bound by the cancellation terms and conditions of registration.

4.0Policy on client cancellations or transfers

4.1 We always endeavour to accommodate our clients´ requests, however, most of our courses have limited numbers to maximise the interactivity between attendees and instructors. Cancellations or transfers at short notice cause inconvenience and may jeopardise the commercial viability of a course. For this reason we are obliged to charge administration fees or surcharges in the event of a client cancelling or requesting a transfer to an alternative course date. 4.2 All cancellations and requests for transfer must be in writing and either sent via email or post. 4.3 Cancellations made up to 21 days (i.e. 3 weeks) or more before the course date will be refunded, less a 20% administration fee. 4.4 Cancellations made within 21 days of the course date will be subject to the full course fee and no refund will be given. 4.5 Requests to transfer to a later course date will be subject to a surcharge of 25% of the course fee if the request is made within 21 days of the course date that was originally requested. 4.6 The transfer option only applies to clients who are transferring to a different date for the same course. 4.7 The option to transfer can be used only once, after which non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation.4.8 We cannot automatically guarantee a place on the next scheduled course date. 4.9 Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring penalty.

5.0Amendments to Programmes by Saltwater Experience

5.1 Saltwater Experience reserves the right to cancel or modify any training event in its programme. 5.2 Such cancellations or amendments will be notified in writing and either sent via email or post. 5.3 In the event of a cancellation initiated by Saltwater Experience, where an alternative cannot be mutually agreed with the clients affected, payment received in respect of that course will be refunded in full.

6.0 Website Licence

6.1 The copyright to the graphic design, imagery and text content of this website belong to Saltwater Experience and are reserved and non-transferable. The copyright to the code that drives this website belongs to Signatures Ltd and others as specified within the code itself. All rights are reserved and non-transferable. 6.2 Visitors are permitted to print and download extracts from this site, provided: (i). No documents or related graphics on this site are modified in any way. (ii). The content of this site is for personal use of a non-commercial nature. (iii). No attempt is made to derive income from the republishing of the content. 6.3 No part of this web site can be reproduced or stored in any public or private retrieval system or service, including other third party web sites without the express written permission of Saltwater Experience. 6.4 Parts of this web site are driven by software owned by parties.
